Short Term Mission Trip Leaders
We are so excited at the prospect of hosting your group on a short term mission trip. As team leader, you will play an invaluable role in the planning, organization, and preparation leading up to your trip. The Details
Once you have received dates, you will be given two tools to help with the planning of your trip.
1. Google Document
This online document will walk you through planning your trip step by step. From selecting dates, registering participants, to booking flights, we have you covered. Each team receives their own personalized document so we ask that each leader is diligent in filling out the document with the required information.
2. Team Handbook
This is a digital pdf full of information that you will need to prepare your team for their trip. We'll get you a copy and it's up to you to decide if you send them the digital version or print copies for your team meetings.
